Mackworth Street- Our first development
This land was purchased with an unhabitable abode on the site. It made sense to demolish and develop the land, given it’s location. We designed 4, 2 bedroom town houses with off street parking, at an affordable and attractive price point. All 4 sold within months of them going to market.
