Wolven Limited transforms unloved land and houses into high-standard living spaces.
The complete renovation of our first home back on the Isle of Man in 2010 was quite the undertaking; a four-story townhouse with cherry red wooden ceilings and numerous original features from the 1900s allowed us to hit the ground running.
Each project since, has built and honed our love of renovating and developing homes that we are proud to sell.
We have undertaken a variety of projects, both small and large, including sub-divisions, council exemptions, complete council approvals, new builds, extensions, comprehensive landscaping, reconfiguration, usability improvements, re-imagining spaces, re-cladding, redecoration, full foundation rebuilds, builds from design concept to project management and completion. We complete all of our own administration and accounting duties and source and secure our own lending, where necessary.
