We work hard to improve the important elements of a home; indoor/outdoor flow, functional, elegant and modern kitchens, warm and inviting living spaces, and bathrooms designed for comfort and style.

The team behind Wolven have been designing and renovating houses for over 2 decades. Today we focus on Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region - with experience spanning residential renovations of all scales, from character homes through to multi-unit developments.

We have non-negotiable high standards, ensuring that when you buy a home developed with Wolven, you're investing in quality that lasts - from the materials we source to the trades we partner with. If you have a home you're thinking of selling, we also buy Christchurch houses directly for cash for renovation and development.

Overseeing every build from feasibility through to handover. Julian manages budgets, timelines, trade coordination, and ensures each project meets the standard Wolven is known for.
