The home was extended to the west and north, carefully oriented to capture all-day northern sun while creating a sheltered outdoor haven to the north-west, tucked away from Christchurch's prevailing easterly winds.
Materials were chosen with intention. New Zealand West Coast limestone - hand-selected, cropped, and installed - complements the Egyptian limestone pool coping and paved surrounds, grounding the home in a palette that feels both natural and refined.
Inside, level entry from open-plan living flows seamlessly to the poolside, creating clean sightlines and an effortless connection between the home's key living spaces and the outdoors.
